• Saul Albert posts a great How-To on turning your spare cellphone into a Personal Dialstation SMS Gateway to save money on sending SMSs to Dialstation.

• The problem with Greek termination seems to have been resolved and Greek numbers should be reachable. Please notify us of any problems at support@dialstation.com.

• Also thanks to T for posting about us on his blog, T is active in many progressive communities including C-Base and ESP and has been a great source of encouragement and ideas for us and many others.

• Thanks to neural.it for promoting Dialstation! Neural.it is an excellent Italian-based cultural magazine covering new media art, electronic music and hacktavism since 1993. This great site posts articles in both English and Italian.

• Issues with SMS messages from US and Canada. Text messages from US and Canada are coming in with strange formats and third-party caller-ids. This means that SMS commands are not responded to by Dialstation for some people in that calling area. If this is happening to you please drop into our IRC group #telnik on freenode and help us do some testing to resolve this.

• Phillip Smith of Community Bandwidth blogs about us! Phillip is a friend and colleague from Toronto and the founder of Community Bandwidth, which specializes in providing IT consulting to progressive social and political organizations and projects. Phillip is also a co-author of this article about free software for nonprofits.

• Thanks to Michel Bauwens and the P2P Foundation for mentioning Telekommunisten and Dialstation. Michel is doing great work promoting peer production and is at the forefront of emerging technical and socioeconomic trends, his site is highly recommended.

• Hello, this is my voice mail calling you. If you have voice mail, please make sure that when you use Dialstation by callback you answer your phone before your voice mail does. Otherwise the person you are calling will get your voice mail, which is odd, because normally voice mail does not call you.

• Dialstation is intended to be usable Worldwide! The service has been well tested in Berlin, we have not yet had much usage from the rest of the world, and we anticipate many issues relating to some areas. If you are having trouble, please let us know on the user forum. We want to make Dialstation work for you!

• Yes, we know the Kommpanel graphic design has a long way to go. It does work with lynx though!
